Costco

Good but never coming again. Manager didn't have manners and not good service. My sister travelled 1 hour to go there and spent 2 hours just shopping in the end to find out that she can't shop from there. Not good. Very disappointed in Costco services.

Went over and over to get my new Costco tires rebalanced because my truck shook after they replaced them. They never got it right. After four tries they told me it was my rims. I knew it wasn't because it only happened with the new tires were on the front. I made them a deal and bought another two new tires and we agreed that if the problem was resolved it would show that the problem was with the tires and they would refund me for the bad tires.

I marked the tires that were on there before. They left one of the defective tires on the front intentionally. The shaking was worse. I went home and saw my mark still on my right front tire that they were supposed to have replaced. IT WAS INTENTIONAL.

I immediately took my truck to another tire store and replaced the two front tires (that costco was supposed to have JUST replaced with new ones). An hour later the tires were replaced and there was NO MORE SHAKING.

Costco wouldn't stand behind their tires or their service without being FORCED. I wasted countless trips to the tire center and way too much time because of their incompetence before I took matters into my own hands and my money back. This shop is no good. Beware, seriously. If you want quality tires balanced properly... shop elsewhere.

Excellent customer service,friendly,helpful employees. Quality items, at a low cost. Returm policy can't be beat.
