SCAM ARTIST. DID REPORT THEM TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE.

They claimed that they could do other projects--not just roofing.....Paid 1/2 of estimate up-front with balance due upon completion. The Installation of a replacement water heater in the garage NEVER took place. These con artists stated that LOWE'S shipped them a used unit! REFUSED to complete the job OR return our money. They stated they were waiting for LOWE'S to verify what happened--for six months???
