        Unprofessional.Poor communication.LATE.Surprise bogus extra charges.Unprepared.Inadequate website. VERY slow, incomplete emails requiring multiple attempts. DAY OF: 45 min late!Then they didn't have long enough/extra extension cord nor water hose (for wet/dry combo).WE had to scramble to find extra hose and someone drove 10 miles home for extra cord.Prior to event, we email:"What are ALL the site requirements necessary?" Reply:"We bring everything we need." Yeah. It gets worse. They didn't bring a pool part, so they have to drive back. Start time:9:00. Actual:11:20! I tell one of the guys, Tommy, I'm disappointed: NO apology. NO attempt to make it right. Then, a $25 svc fee! NOWHERE&NEVER was it advertised/discussed. 'I didn't know how far it was until today.' We told him location 2wks prior. When questioned more on charge, he asks derisively: 'you want us to pack it up and leave?' Shady. 16 preschoolers waiting 2-1/2 HRS in their swimsuits and sunscreen...this is how they do business?
