Pet Palace

I have bought a total of 2 fish from pet palace. 1 was a red top brands goldfish, the other was a angel fish.the goldfish died 2 weeks from the time I bought it,I went back and the owner (I think his name was Tony) said that he only had a 24hr warranty due to him having better quality fish.so I just said ok.couple of months later went back looking for a specific angel fish,found it at his shop.I bought the angel fish thinking it might have been my fault that the goldfish died( even though my other fish I bought from Walmart and petdepot are still alive in the same environment)but no,exactly 2 weeks again the angel fish died,I am not going to contact pet palace cause it won't do any good.I just know for sure now that he doesn't know what he is doing with any type of pet,his warranty Isa a joke,his business is a joke.if you have better quality pets than others have a better warranty as well. Walmart carries a 7 day warranty, petdepot carries a 14 day warranty, if your stuff is better than why does Walmart out do you on warranty? I am a contractor and I see/talk to alot of people in different places and states.so when I get done talking you may see a decrease in sales. if that's what helps you sleep at night! between this and my sisters kitten she got from there that died in her arms less than 24 hours later, you won't ever see my face again and anyone else's I can stop and tell them what happened. And trust me I don't take lightly to being take advantage of. Ppl have a right to know what kind of company they're about to do business with. Being a friendly salesman only gets you so far when youre lying to ppl and taking advantage of them the entire way out the door. It's called reeping what you sow and don't forget my face when you wake up and have to shut your doors because NO one comes to your pet store to do business with a crooked man.
