I get more respect and honest dealings with internet companies.

This store sold me an e-battery that blew up,they did not care in

the least about my loss or injuries.

After a lot of trouble Rex Whitaker at corp. office promised to send me a replacement but never did.

All the employees here are very nice and helpful. Unlike the previous poster I have never had a problem getting refunds or replacements with faulty issues. The manager has been there almost As long as the business itself and treats every customer like she knows them personally. I will go out of my way to buy any and all of my tobacco products here.

I purchased a e-cig battery from them, when I used it the first day it got stuck in the on position and fried my clearomizer and blew up. Owner would not give me a refund - said it was my problem and to talk to the manufacturer. They do not stand behind their sales like a reputable business would. Corporate office said they take care of their customers but will spend an hour on the phone with you trying to make a liar out of you, they won't believe you at all. Rex Whitaker is his name and all their employees are nice as long as there taking in your money but not so much when you have a problem with one of their items. Also Rex is a Liar because he said would call me back but never did, I had to call him back and finally he agreed to send me a new battery which I don't believe he will because he is a liar.

Another lie - Rex told me that it clearly states on the box that you have to go through the manufacturer for a replacement for defective item - In fact it has no such statement at all.

No refunds or replacements from these people for defective items, they say it's a loss for them to do so, you'll have to take the loss in their view. I'm making a video for YouTube too titled Tobacco Road Outlet is a Ripoff showing my blown up clearomizer and marks on my face. Speaking with an attorney as well.

Quality Tobacco Mart has better deals and will give a replacement if need be.

After a month still no replacement battery as promised by Rex Whitaker,said he would get it in the mail the same day I spoke with him.
