Mike did a great job! He came right over on the same day during a snow storm. He unclogged my bathroom drain in 5 minutes and charged me his going rate of $99.95. I had called another plummer before him and he wanted $250 for a simple clog I knew would take 5 minutes to clear. Next time I have a plumbing problem I will call Mike!

Mike is a great guy, he explained everything he was doing and how it all worked. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes and did a great job. Some others wanted triple what he wanted for a simple job. I would highly recommend him.

After clearing out the main sewage drain Oct 21, 2013 Mike Left a HUGE mess of raw sewage THAT WASN'T THERE PRIOR, requiring purchase of a shop vac and rental of a carpet cleaner after he left. When called less then 24 hours later to speak to Mike to explain being disappointed about the huge mess and additional expenditure since he left, he states "I don't even remember being there," and furthermore he UNPROFESSIONALLY argued on the telephone about "Why should I clean up your mess", "What, am I supposed to clean up your mess after unclogging your drain now too?" This person walked through 2 additional rooms of my home (not anywhere near where he needed to be) with sewage on him and trampled this raw sewage with him, leaving dirty finger marks on my light switches and foot prints along the way and dripping gloves in my bathroom, that he didn't even place into the garbage on top of splattering disgusting sewage all over the bathroom (that had been cleaned the night before after the toilet overflowing). Then,after screaming at me on the telephone the first time, he had the nerve to call me back and state, "It's the plumber again, hehehe, Hey did you PAY WITH CHECK OR CASH BECAUSE HE WANTED TO MAKE SURE NOT TO CASH A CANCELLED CHECK!!! (I paid in cash) THEN HE HUNG UP!!!!
