6) Also, the specific relevance regarding the billing dispute about Bartowski taking over is the extra charges from Bartowski that would not have resulted had Hoke remained on the case. Mr. Resilia dishonestly ignores that point



7) Regarding the percieved lies, they are not percieved, they are lies; and any normal honest person could see they are lies. I will repeat them below, so if you choose to be honest, you can also see they are lies.

I also think the deeper point here is if someone is feeling suicidal, over losing 9 years to dealing with the legal system, losing around $40,000 in legal fees being completely misrepresented by 2 lawyers (agaim, not just my view, nearly all of the 15 lawyers that saw my agreement say Goldin mispresented me); and then having to face more lies in this case; their should be a little sensitivity, and people should stop lying. Instead, Bartowksi continued to lie, and Resilia lies in this case summary. This coldness and callousness regarding human life is pretty shocking; basically it means both Bartowski and Resilia would risk sacrificing a human being's life in order to lie to cover up legal system corruption. Protecting corruption is more important than my life.

And if you want to reduce it to legal system concerns; they do in fact have complete contempt for the legal system by continuing to lie like this.



8) The last paragraph basically is just saying oh he doesnot like the legal system and thats the whole basis of his complaint, while ignoring the very specific billing charges and reasons I am disputing; and therefore is completely dishonest and incompetant.
