Located in Albany, ICS serves the surrounding capital region. We do weekly pickups in Albany, Bethlehem, Colonie, Guilderland, Ravena, Schenectady, Rensselaer, and Selkirk. For custom solutions like roll-off containers, we can work with you on a case by case basis, traveling as far as Nassau, Glens Falls, and Amsterdam.

        Absolutely not the company to work with!!!! My dumpster has not been emptied in over a month! A lot of broken promises!!!!

        Edit this review Remove this review Trash Pick Up 1/5 Completely unreliable. My trash has not been pick up in two weeks, it must be a long way from Delmar to Loudonville. No explanation, no apology, no customer service, and of course no trash pick up. Dependable to reply, "it'll be picked up tomorrow". A total and absolute DISAPPOINTMENT!!

        I have been a customer for 8 weeks and find ICS completely unreliable!! My trash has not been pick up in two weeks, it must be a long way from Delmar to Loudonville. No explanation, no apology, absolutely no customer service, and of course no trash pick up. They are reliable to reply, "it'll be picked up tomorrow". A real disappointment!
