Capital Cab

Yeah he showed up fast but charged me extra then blast reggae music than looks at my face and stopped the car to ask for the money before hand then had the nerve to ask me if I can a have a ride along worst . Cab . Ever

Horrible service. Late pickup, horrible drive, cab was dirty, cabbie didn't know where to go (had us bring up Google maps... apparently he didn't know how to get to Troy from Albany), overcharged us by about 4x what the cost should have been.

Avoid at all costs.

The mini-van sent to pick me up could hardly have been more repulsive.

The middle seats were folded up because they had been vomited on the night before. Beyond that, the visible backsof these seats were torn and rusted and looked broken. The rear bench seat where I had to sit was covered with stains and, beyond that, was actually dirty. Also, the interior sides of the mini-van and the arm rests looked like someone had wiped them with a muddy rag. AND, the whole taxi actually smelled--so much so that on this cold day the driver had the windows opened.

The driver himself was nice enough. But this was one of the most disgusting rides I have ever taken. However bad the reviews are for Capitaland taxi, my experience was even worse.

Horrible service, always late and I'm sick of drivers with their girlfriends in the front seat. This has happened many times. And as fat as air conditioning in the cars....yea dream on!!! I'll never use this company again!

Dirty driver, smoking. Loud cd. Playing. Driving. Way to. Fast

$30 for 4 miles. No meter. On the phone most of the time. Not likely a responsible driver. Worst ride in 10 years. Another company charged 20 earlier in the day. Total rip off

Day 1 waited 30 minutes; day 2 waited 45 after being to it would be 10 and finally I cancelled and called another company
