Just waited over an hour with my 6 month old for a cab. Girl answering the phone never sent the cab. Sorry, john, now that I'm sitting here with a screaming child because of a careless error and attitude from an employee you just lost another one.
It is refreshing to speak to someone who speaks English. I like doing business local and I will call again.
Please do not give this company business. I called three days ahead of time to ask about rates for a rather long trip. I was given a quote that seemed very reasonable. I called back and they confirmed the quote. Then when the day arrived, the company denied the price I had been quoted and charged twice as much. I had to give a star but I would rather not have given any.
