VERY UNSATISFIED!!!

Last week, my 2008 car was due for my 1st oil change. First, it took about 7 minutes just for someone to greet me not to mention I was the only person in line! When all info was put into the system and I was asked to step out. I waited 50 mins. Which really wasn't that big of a problem because I was grocery shopping for 30 min. When it was finished I got in my car and drove off. I couldn't understand why my oil life still said 50% in which I first gave it to the them. So I decided to call them back and let them know my discrepancy. I went back within 30 mins. of my departure for them to fixed the mistake which was quite simple. I could've did it on my on but that's want I PAID THEM TO DO. So when all was done, I noticed my car making a sound that I wasn't used to. It didin't sound the same as I first got it(REMIND U THIS IS A NEW CAR). So instead of calling walmart back because they never pick up their phones I called my car dealership that is 85 minutes away. Believe me, you have to call this walmart at least 5xs jus for a greet not to mention the 15min WAIT you have when they put you on hold. So now, I have to make a trip 170+ miles away for a simple task of just adding oil into a car. Hopefully, nothing major will happen and I will recieve my refund from walmart when I return home from my COSTLY/ UNCALLED-FOR ROAD TRIP. When I tell my friends what happen they laugh and reply "Why did you take your car to WALMART, ANYWAY?" I sit there and think "Why did I take my car there?. ...Bad customer service, They didin't FINISH the job the 1st time(not changing my oil life meter so i had to return)" Lets just say the lowest price is NOT the BEST QUALITY. I learned the hard way!

VERY, VERY UPSET!

I sent my daughter some money because she called and my grandson had no diapers. I did a Money Gram and was assured she would be able to pick it up in 15 minutes. I called her and sent her up to this Wal-Mart. When she got there, the woman at the customer service desk was very rude and told her they were out of receipt paper and would not give her the money. She was told to come back the next day. I decided to call and speak to a manager as I did pay $11.49 to get this money to her that fast. I was put on hold for over 20 minutes so I hung up and called back. I was then quickly answered by a woman named Kathryn who again put me on hold for another 15 minutes. She did end up finding some receipt forms so my daughter was able to get the money, but I was upset that it took me calling from Brunswick very upset to get her or someone else to take the time to find these forms. In the end, I was satisified, but was very, extremely dissappointed in the customer service at this location.

The cashiers hardly even speak...

The cashiers hardly even speak when they wait on you.The only good thing about the place is the prices are low.
