American Tax

Seems professional but sneaky. Trusted them for 2015, 2016, 2017. Got my letter from the IRS asking for proof of mortgage, charitable donations and unpaid medical bills for all 3 years. I did not agree to or mention none of that. Granted, I lied about health insurance, she was aware. But that does not give her the right to add all the extra to my return. That's what u get when u let a chick named happiness do your taxes. I willingly claimed childcare and school and had the proof for it. She added the rest on her own and I do not appreciate it. I owe the IRS thousands now! Check ya return up to three years back if happiness did your taxes.

Great service, friendly staff. Have used them for two years, was worried they had left this year, 2013, but they just changed their name to United Tax. Said there was another American tax up the road.

I would have owed the IRS last year if it were not for them. Will never use anyone else.
