We have used this company 2 times, once for a leaky sink and once for an issue with our hot water heater. We were totally satisfied both times. Will use again if ever needed.

I hired Alachua Plumbing Service because they were a local company and I like to support local companies. I have a 30 year old house and had a leak in one of the lines going up to the valve in the bathroom. The plumber had to cut a hole in the drywall to access the leak. Again since the home is 30 years old I asked the plumber to please go ahead and replace both lines completely including the valve. The plumber refused to do the work. He said he was just going to do the repair and that was it. I explained that I was paying him to do the job. He still refused. Then he handed the phone over and said he was through talking to me. I would have fired him on the spot except the leak was dire. Now I have to hire another plumber to come out and do the preventive maintenance. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I will not be using or recommending this company ever
