Pulp Juice & Smoothies

This was the absolute worse experience, my grandkids and I make it a routine monthly to buy pizza and then pulp because they are next door. The pizza was okay but Pulp was the worse. The order was not even mistakenly close to what it usually supposed to taste like. I freeze the item take it back and was told it had to be back within 48 hrs. It's the policy. Well I'm handicap and can't get out due to weather. If I have the drinks and receipt what's the issue. Well it should be posted for all clients to see before purchasing. I guess this is our last visit unfortunately my neighborhood store!
