My Mom is on dialysis and needed a gel seat cushion. I called this company and not only did they have one in stock, they offered me a small discount if I would pick it up. I was so happy but this place is a little difficult to find, I am not from the Akron area, so I called from my car twice and Tiffany said just drive towards me and she walked a block to wait for me at the corner and told me how to enter the one way street. She is a 5 star employee in my book. Thank you for the extra effort. Love this business. Highly recommend
