        Idiots....

        Worst customer service...honestly I do not believe that it exists.....That is why I won't buy the stock....the whole place is run by a team of morons..

        Absolutely the worst customer ...

        Absolutely the worst customer service ever. In the store one on one they were good but after you get home and need support. Forget it. The receipt has an 888 number then they tell you to call the store. I have been trying to talk to somebody for 20 minutes. I should have just ordered the internet adapter on line. Next time I will. If they didnt employ so many people I would wish they go out of busin.ess
