Overall

Literally just called to ask questions about oil heat, whoever the lady is that answers the phone has no customer service skills what so ever. Not only was she rude but she completely just laughed at me because Im not a fuel customer. Someone needs to teach this lady some manners.

Very Unhappy with the Spouse who Deals with the Customers

There is a lady there that handles all the customers, Susan Miller, she really needs to learn how to talk to people. I would not suggest this business. If you can choose a different fuel supply by all means do. They will leave you freezing on a cold night, and tell you its because they are having dinner with friends? Would never run a business like that!

Horrible Service-Should be no stars...why did I have to click a star to post????

I am in a rental due to a house fire a year ago. I have never used this type of heating system before, and one day just realized that I was out of fuel because the heat was not working. I called Miller Fuel Supply, as the homeowners said that is who they have always used! The owner's wife Susan Miller of this company Miller Fuel Supply is one of the nastiest people I have ever had the displeasure to do business with, and we deal with quite a few businesses as we are in business as well. I needed fuel in an emergency situation on a Friday, she sent them out, only after insisting as a new customer I had to pay in full prior. Was very nasty about the short notice, told me I should have know better! I paid the almost $500.00 bill in full first, after she has been servicing this particular property for years with the original homeowner's but felt as if she almost did not even want our business. Paid in full, they delivered, less than 2 weeks later, we wake up, on a Sunday morning to a very cold house. I called the homeowners and were told that seemed like an awful lot of fuel to be using so quickly, but anyway after a very short-tempered conversation with once again the owners wife, she decided to end her dinner date early and have someone come out. My husband said the man that delivered was very rude, and had the personality of a brick wall. Acted very mad that he had to come on a Sunday. Well what do you know another almost $500 bill. Two weeks later, Sat. morning wake again to an extremely cold house, call her 1st thing, no call back....8 pm comes, I call her, she says, we will no longer service your heating system all because I explained to her that I can not believe that we are out again for one thing, and than the fact that the last time, she yelled at me, telling me I should be watching the gauge to see if it is going empty or not, and when I asked the homeowner where I might find that gauge, she told me, there has never been one, and the only people that can check are the fuel suppliers. When I explained this to Susan Miller(Owners wife), she said, she did not believe that the homeowner would say that????? Told me whe will send me a bill as to what I owe her, and find someone else to service. This is horrible treatment, and should be inspected. I will also be writing to the better business bureau! Thank you!
