Wal-Mart

I love Walmart! Even tho they are constantly rearranging the stock and finding things is sometimes a scavenger hunt, the staff always seems to be able to point me in the right direction. Prices are great and the mobile app gives you rebates if it finds a cheaper price for what you have bought. The Aiken store is a weekly stop for me and I've never been disappointed. And their Great Value products actually ARE a great value!

DON'T EVER GO TO THIS STORE. The customer service is horrible at each and every department. The management is a joke. When you inform them of anything they say that they are under new managment and it takes time to work things out. It's the same excuse year after year. The pharmacy is just horrible. You have to wait in line forever to put up with attitude from some of the employees there. They are bias as to who they will wait on and how cordial they will be. Long lines, horrible service. It's just not worth going there at all for anything.

I hate to go to this Wal-mart. I have banned this business. Lines are always long no matter what day of the week or time of day. The shelves are never stocked. If you ask to speak to the manager, you will age greatly while waiting for them to come to you and once they do come to talk with you they will tell you the same story, "We are in the middle of changing management and it will take awhile to get things working right." That was the same story for one year. ***This business does not deserve one star but you can not submit a review unless you give a star rating.***
