Absolutely the BEST staff! I have been going to this practice for 13 years and have had three beautiful deliveries with them. Even after having a miscarriage they were the most supportive and informative especially during that time! Thumbs up!

I've been going to this doctors office for about six years and Dr. Boone has delivered three of my children. He is a fabulous doctor. Unfortunately the doctor nurse office has gone downhill dramatically over the last couple years. The front office staff is rude and uninviting and the schedulers are the same way. I have also had to wait 3 to 4 hours to get seen when it's a scheduled appointment this entire pregnancy. They have been very overbooked and I've been very disappointed with the service.

Front office staff is so RUDE and unprofessional. Each time I go for an appointment the desk staff are curt and rude. They are unfriendly and not warm at all. I witness the same treatment to others as well. I get a sick feeling when I walk in for my appointment and I am greeted by this unwelcoming attitude.They really need some training on customer service and treating people with compassion and respect. If there were another OBGYN in Aiken that was a viable option I would leave this practice in a heart beat. I have advised my Doctor as well as Janet of my experiences as well. It is really sad that these wonderful Doctors are being misrepresented by their front desk staff in such a poor manner. It reflects very negatively on the whole practice. I sincerely hope they will provide these ladies additional training so that everyone's experience improves. Nothing would make me happier than to have a positive experience while visiting my doctor for my pregnancy appointments. This should be a happy time in my life...instead I dread walking into this office each and every time

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I tried calling to ask a general billing question after 9:00 a.m. on a normal working day and after being hung up on twice. When I called back, I was directed straight to the answering service every time thereafter. This is not my first time experiencing this type of service from this office. All of the employees are RUDE and do not show any concern of their patient's needs. I have received numerous bills from this office that are unneccessary. My insurance company even has a hard time dealing with the employees. Clearly, their only concern is their own PAYCHECK. I do not recommend anyone to this doctor's office and needless to say, I will not be going back.
