we bought 5 tons of wood pellets from these guys and we were not able to get it all at once due to car trouble. they gladly held the remaining 2 ton for almost a week with out any additional charges. we did not have to wait around long for service any time we went there.very nice staff and facilities.

About two weeks ago, I dropped off my barely one year old White riding mower/lawn tractor.

Earlier this year, I had it in your shop for a complete tune-up and make-ready for this season.

I only got to mow my couple of acres twice and when I tried again, the machine would run but not cut.

It was imperative that I rectify this situation quickly, as the grass will keep on growing and become very unsightly and later, almost impossible to cut!

So, a few days after the drop-off, I called to get a prognosis and estimate of when I could retrieve my machine.

The individual with whom I spoke was very negative and unfriendly, and seemingly not at all concerned with the urgency of this matter.

Grass keeps growing, so, last week, I had to resort to hiring a professional to mow my grounds!

Of course, the reason I own a riding mower is so I don't have to do that!

It's been about two weeks now and I STILL HAVEN'T HEARD FROM YOU!



Incidentally, this is the second new lawn tractor I bought from Horton's in past years; it is also the LAST!



I only hope I get this one back in a timely fashion, so I can mow a few more times before the season ends.

This is the last transaction I will have with Horton's!
