        Overall

        This kennel charged an extra day that we hadn't agreed on an wouldn't take it off the bill. My dogs were so ready to come home, they were not happy and they were sleeping on the concrete slab floor. My cat was so unhappy when I picked her up.

        We will not use them again and we are going to complain to the Better Business Bureau.

        Best pet care ever

        We boarded our 3 dogs at Critter's Pet Resort over Thanksgiving and when we picked them up they did not want to leave with us because of all the attention they recieved from the employee's, All the pet care givers were awsome and very caring we will most defintley use Critter's Pet Resort again..
