Double M Rentals

Steer clear! They rent old, poorly maintained and overpriced camping trailers (wires hanging loose from the ceiling, lights/fans that don't work, exposed screws/nails that hurt children, broken screens/doors, etc.). They tried to send us on the road with a bald tire which we had to twice ask for them to address. We later found the other tire was at half the required psi. They twice didn't return calls including when we were out of town dealing with all their broken trailer accessories. When we returned, they admitted that their fleet is old because of the economy. We were the only customer but we waited 30 minutes while Steve was pricing tires on the phone and Vince was working on some project. They would not offer any price adjustment except to say they will remembers us and offer a better price the next time. There will be no next time!
