Sunshine Face Academy

Heard some horror stories about management, don't send your kids here or apply to work here. Staff seemed very unhappy, classrooms way too small.

I Love Sunshine Face Academy.. They have the best rates for child care tuition for my location, The staff are amazing with my children. It feels like a family environment. Very welcoming. The director Angel is so excited to see the kids and parents. She's professional and really loves the children. The center provides a lot of activities for the children. I like that they have a great lunch program and field trips for all the children. The center is very clean and safe. I have been at the center for 9 months and my children are happy. Sometimes I think they like the place better than home, they always want to see Ms. Angel. I have nothing but great things to say at the center. It's the best!

I love this place! The center is clean and safe, I like the fact they have part time days and great tuition for working families. I also liked they have camera's to view my child at all times and my family can view as well. I have family in Florida and they love this place without seeing it physically. The center is beautiful, with bright colors and clean. Can't say that enough. The teachers are great and nurturing I was sold by the program director Angel who was informative and understooding of child development. I liked that a lot! She was warm and funny making the tour comfortable and easy to ask questions. The center is family oriented, and my child is learning sign language, and different languages which I liked as well. The staff go through finger printing to ensure safety of the children. I just like what the center offers and how happy the kids are when I'm there and how happy my child is when i'm viewing her on camera. Best place ever!

We prepaid to hold our newborn son a spot months before he was even born. Then the day came that he was supposed to start and we realized we never receieved a call or confirmation from the daycare. We decided I would stay home, so thankfully even though they gave our spot away we did not need it!
Three months later and I am having to follow up to get back our refundable deposit.
To be honest, the fact that they never followed up to check in with us before just giving our spot away made me very happy that I am staying home and do not need to find a space for my son.

I called this place a few times and had left a msg with the employees for the director to call me back cause I wanted to go for a tour. A few wks later the director called me and we scheduled a tour. When I got there the director wasn't there and the teacher didn't know how to answer some of the questions. To begin with I didn't really get a good feeling after attempting a few phone calls and no answer until a few wks later.

The place was ok, the classrooms are too small divided with a baby gates, didn't like that! A month later she called me back saying that she had an opening. First of all she never called me back to answer the questions that I had, and after reading all the bad reviews about this place I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving my child there. To me it showed no professionalism!

Parents please be careful of dealing with this place, I prepaid to hold my daughters spot they gave it away without contacting me even after accepting my money. The director Angle told me they refunded my account, but did not, then she asked me to disclose my person al bank records to prove there was no refund, I did so. Totally unexceptable, so then she said I was right and was mailing a check, it's been 6 days and still no check and we are in same zip code. How this business is still up and running is beyond me with its lack of professionalism. These actions say they are hard up for money which is a concern when it comes to children. I am so grateful. My daughter is enrolled in Busy Bee nown and they are amazing. Scarey please be careful with your child and money. I am going to speak with a attorney tomorrow regaurding this because they are dealing with children and it's the principal.
