I would like to address the review about the sailor uniform. The uniform that was described makes me think of "dress blues" which are not as common in Abilene as they would be in San Diego.



I have known Andy and appreciated her care and concern for all of her work for a long time. I am sorry that you had this misunderstanding, and know that it is in no way the norm for this business.

I wouldn't recommend Ingram Cleaners & Laundry to anyone especially the military. Apparently, they don't have respect for people in uniform who serve our country. My sailor-husband dropped his uniforms about 3rd or last week of Feb. 2009. I can't believe it! Up to now, April 09, 2009 - his uniforms are not ready. According to Andy the manager at Treadaway branch - she has questions about the uniforms. She even had the nerve to ask me why I am so upset. I answered her with a question " Wouldn't you be if you are in my position?" She has questions when my husband gave them specific instructions on what needed to be done per military standard. She doesn't have a minute or 2 to spare to call my husband & ask those questions? What an INEFFICIENT manager! Andy should take at least a course in phone courtesy & business ethics.
