Overheard the manager cussing at the employees. . Not customer friendly

I came in on my lunch break because I heard they were fast.when I got here the man said it wouldn't be long. I came to get a simple inspection and it took almost an hour and I was late for work. Not impressed.

Let me tell you about my experience with this place. When my wife took my truck to get the oil changed, not only did they not change the oil out, they filled 8 quart of oil into the new truck without draining any of the old oil! They then took the keys to my wife, thanked her for her service and sent her on her way. The truck breaks down at our house, avis lube employeees come to fix it and spill oil all over our drive way. They then inform us our motor is completely out, and will need a entirely new one, because of the over fill they caused. They hand us a "one free oil change" card, and told us to call and get the truck towed away and get a new motor in it, and have a nice day! I`m sure glad they gave us a "one free oil change" card, our day was nearly ruined until that thoughtful moment!
