We brought our taxes into Richard Lehrke for preperation in 2009, 2010, and 2011. Last year we got a letter stating that there was an error in our taxes. We owe around $1000 back. Ok, we figured it's an honest mistake, it happens. He paid for penalties and interest and we paid the amount. Now this year we get it again. Now we think what the hell is going on. He says "Oh, it looks like I made the same mistake". He would pay the interest and fees. We thought maybe he should look at 2011 and make sure it was right. Again the same mistake. I don't think he should pay the $1000, but at least give us some or all of our money back for preperation that he did wrong. At least give us half or something so we don't feel like we've been done wrong. Nope he said.
