General InfoFor over 13 years, Talia’s Steakhouse has continuously reinvented the strictly Glatt kosher restaurant as a hip, modern place, where everyone will feel welcome: from Chabad and Satmer Chasidim to Modern Orthodox, secular Jews, non-Jewish customers and all other ethnic groups, Talia’s has something for everyone. With so many repeat customers and fans, it’s no wonder that Talia’s Steakhouse has built such a “Haute” reputation. As one customer puts it: ” You oughtta be the best, most progressive-still-frum place.” Talia’s appeal reaches far outside of its Upper West Side location with its two unique dinner and brunch menus offering a gourmet selection of prime rib, filet mignon, duck, whole branzino, homemade hummus, Belgian waffles, shakshouka, non-dairy tofu cheeseburger and more. Where else can you sip a cocktail at midnight while catching a cool breeze at Talia’s Outdoor Cafe or enjoy a ball game on a large screen TV while eating a delicious, mouthwatering kosher steak. Talia’s is a great spot to take your wife or girlfriend out to dinner. Enjoy the romantic atmosphere, dimly-lit, candles and fresh roses on each table, mellow live music and a wonderful blend of American and Middle-Eastern cuisines. She will be talking about her special evening for weeks to come. In addition, Saturday nights all year round, Talia’s transforms into a romantic lounge where people from all over come to reconnect with old friends and meet new and exciting people.

A restaurant not just for family but also for friends. They serve lots of exciting menu so you really have to choose between nice sets.
I love the ambience and the foods are really amazing. I would recommend this to anyone who would like to experience a finde dine in.
I just went to Talia’s Steakhouse to order dinner to go. While I was waiting for my food to cook, I sat down at the bar and had a beer. They have a great selection of different beers both on tap and bottled. I contemplated getting a glass of wine because their list is so extensive, but I decided to stick with beer. So if you are a wine person, Talia’s has a great selection ;) The reason I don’t mind waiting for my food sitting at Talia’s bar is because there are always sports featured on the TV and every bartender that works with is very nice.
I love coming here with my family. The wait staff is always super friendly, and my kids love the pasta! We love coming as a family to hear the live music. It's a nice treat for the whole family!
Recently moved to Manhattan and have been exploring the kosher restaurants on the Upper West Side. The one that has definitely stuck out the most so far is Talia's Steakhouse. Not only was my lamb burger delicious (and HUGE!), but there was a really great jazz duo playing live and the restaurant had a very romantic vibe. Great place to bring a date.
I actually loved the meat from this place. The only thing is that I find it a bit overpriced for an "Steakhouse".
They claim to be a steakhouse yet their meat was expensive and not good. We asked for a medium fillet mignon which was well done. In addition they forgot part of our order and when we asked for the bill it was incorrect. Same thing happened to the couple next to us, we swore never to go again
Celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Talia’s Steakhouse last night. We live in Central Jersey so we don’t travel too often for kosher restaurants in Manhattan. Our expectations were set high for a night in the city. Suffice to say, Talia’s exceeded our expectations. There was live music and we got to sit in their sidewalk café and enjoy the beautiful weather. We all shared the Fry Trio basket to start, which was a great choice. My prime rib was excellent. My wife and daughter loved their Veal Scaloppini. Our 6 year old couldn’t get enough of his chicken fingers. For dessert, the wait staff brought out warm chocolate soufflé with a birthday candle and sang Happy Birthday with help from the live musician. It was a perfect way to end the night. Would definitely be back again.
I love Talia's for their weekly Friday night Shabbat dinners. So great to have a kosher restaurant in Manhattan to go to when you're in a squeeze for a Shabbat meal when most kosher restaurants are closed. For someone like me with more of an Eastern European background, they sure have a unique menu with strange sounding dishes such as moussaka and sambousak, but they are absolutely delicious. Plenty of food for a reasonable price. And they've got holiday meals, too! Even thinking about taking some friends for one of the Passover Seders this year. I'm sure it will be nothing but superb.
Très bon accueil et bonne cuisine. Large choix sur la carte. Je recommande vivement
