    Abacus service tech was very professional and informative of how to better our system energy wise for efficiency even though our system after being checked out was operating very well. The VIP plan for $99 is a must have for AC, plumbing, and electrical repairs around your home.

    All of our experience with ABACUS has been outstanding. This includes your staff members that have visited our home for service - Aaron, Cesar and Mateo. Because of these gentlemen, Abacus has become our servicer of choice. I have already recommended ABACUS to several friends. Thank you.

    The appointment was scheduled and I was excited about getting the work done when it was convenient for me, which meant I would not have to miss work. I received a phone call from the technician Friday, to finalize the plans for the repair work to begin Monday 8 am - 11 am. I got up early Monday to make sure I would not miss their call informing me they were en route. 11 am came and went. I immediately called Abacus to find out what happened. After being placed on hold for a couple minutes, I was told that I was scheduled in the 3 pm to 6 pm block. I let her know that I know for a fact I was scheduled for 8am - 11am because it was verified with the technician Friday. She said I would receive a call from the supervisor shortly with an update on the arrival time. The next call I received from Abacus was TWO DAYS LATER. This time I was being told that the technicians were on the way! There was no apology for missing the scheduled appointment! No explanation as to why it was missed! Just the technicians are on the way. Of course for the amount of money I was about to pay, I was not happy with this service and how the situation was handled. I let her know that my appointment was scheduled for 8am Monday and arrangements had been made to be home for the service, it is now Wednesday! Her responses was "But the trucks are already loaded". This really pissed me off. What does that have to do with me? Why weren't the trucks loaded Monday when the repair was scheduled? Why are they not explaining why they missed a repair that was scheduled over a week in advance? Why should I allow them to do the repair just because it is convenient for them, TODAY, and the trucks are loaded? I am glad that no funds were lost but hate that I had this horrible experience with Abacus, who is supposed to be one of the top rated plumbers in Houston. This make me very apprehensive on trusting ANYONE. Good thing this was not an emergency job because I would have been screwed dealing with Abacus.

    Thanks for a job well done!! The technician spent time to explain all what needed to be done. Gave us 2 options and what he would do if he was in our shoes.. Great job well done. We will use the same technician always!! Many thanks.

    Mateo was very friendly, knew exactly what needed doing and how to do it, and left no evidence that an outside sheet metal panel had to be removed to do the work. Abacus can send him back anytime.

    Aaron was great! He identified the root cause quickly and after explaining to me the details along with the estimate started working to fix the problem immediately. It was clear to me that Aaron knew exactly how to repair the issue and I felt confident it would be done correctly. Looking beyond the immediate problem at hand, he quickly suggested a water damage specialist company that arrived an hour later to assess the situation. I am very happy with the service provided from the moment he arrived and beyond!

    Abacus continues to deliver top notch service AND products. After having duct work replaced, A/C, and then electrical panel, they were my first choice when we needed plumbing work. While the service call was for a leak, the tech pointed out how we needed a water conditioner and we purchased with confidence. After researching I learned that, again, they provided the best product on the market and we can already notice the improvements promised.

    Abacus came thru again as we came home to a cold shower as our hot water heater wasn't working. We called Abacus and they sent out a technician and he arrived on time and went right to work on our hot water heater and got us back our hot water . He explained what the problem was and told me about the parts he replaced. He was very professional and left us feeling good that our hot water heater was working fine and in good condition. Our hot water heater is located in the attic and it was a hot summer day but he never complained but went right up and got the job done . Abacus has always treated us fairly on our plumbing and air conditioning needs.

    Eddie Caballero provided excellent care. He arrived on time. He was very polite. He efficiently repaired a leaking toilet and recommended replacement of another toilet. He took the time to show me photos of different toilets available and recommended I look at various models to determine the most desirable height. He even agreed to come on Sunday to install the new toilet. Kudos to Abacus for always providing great service.
