Out of every veterinary clinic I have visited, SAS is definitely my favorite. No where else have I been able to find someone who is as personal and compassionate as Dr. Jackie. She offers the best prices as well as the best care. My elder dog had a lipoma on her side that my previous veterinarian was going to surgically remove. After the surgery had to be postponed because of her liver enzymes, I switched to SAS and found out that surgery was completely unnecessary! Jackie massaged the lipoma out after three sessions and saved me tons of money and a huge headache. Jackie offers the perfect balance between traditional and alternative medicine like no other vet in the area. There is not one visit that I leave Santoro Animal Services without a huge smile! Big thanks to Dr. Jackie and staff! :)

  • Santoro Animal Services MOST AWESOME VET AND CLINICIANS!

Jackie and her clinicians have been amazing with the emergency care of our Black and Tan coon dog! Leroy was lethargic, moaning with every breath, kidneys had shut down and his body temperature was dropping fast. Jackie used an ultrasound and found his heart was surrounded in a pocket of fluid. It was flouncing around like a flower in a wind storm! She immediately contacted a doctor to advise her on extracting the fluid because we knew he would not live through a transport. Jackie and 2 of her clinicians got in the middle of the floor with me and Leroy to extract fluid built up around his heart, saving his life! They all pulled together to provide him 24 hour care, even volunteered to help transport him to Columbus. After much consideration and seeing their love, compassion and commitment we decided he was in the best care available!! We are 48 hours past the extraction and Leroy's heart, kidneys, bladder, body temperature and breathing are almost normal. He's alert to everything, smelling for coons when he's out for walks and barking to play!! They haven't backed down and are still keeping a very close eye on him and conversing with us day and night!! I stayed there many, many hours and they took me in as part of their own! I seen them with other clients and patients and they gave to them all the same way! Jackie and her staff does not back down! THEY ARE AWESOME AND WE LOVE THEM FOR IT!!!!
