Couldn't have been any better, really. Dr. Morrow made sure he had full and accurate information, in sufficient detail to subscribe the best approach for me. He really listens and verifies. I like the way he thinks and explains his take on the situation. He doesn't waste any time but he is deliberate and thorough nonetheless. I left with the expectation that I would get well as quickly as possible, because of his approach and decisions.
Really appreciate the service of this facility, always professional and efficient. The care I get is great.
I transferred from LeBauer after having been a patient for many years. I felt I needed a doctor that was proactive rather than reactive. I am very pleased with Dr. Koirala - he always follows through. As an example, I one day burned the side of my hand with the vapor from a pot of hot soup and did not know how to deal with it. Dr. Koirala and his nurse assisted me and advised me on what to do. Dr. Koirala's nurse called twice after the incident just to find out how I was doing and if I wanted to come in to the office.
Just called to make an apt for a yearly physical, recepcionist was extremely short and rude and said Dr Wolters is booked up until April..definitely switching Primary Physicians. Sad we have such a shortage of AVAILABLE good dr's and such rude admins.
Do not go here unless you want to pay an absurd amount of money! They overcharged for their services and refused to negotiate with me! It turned out to be $80 cheaper to go to a walk-in clinic than using them as a primary care! Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!
CARE IS PROFESSIONAL BUT THE ATMOSPHERE IS LIKE BEING IN A FUNERAL HOME!! THE RECEPTIONIST DOESN'T SMILE, THE REST OF THE STAFF LOOKS DOWN THEIR NOSE AT YOU AS IF THEY'VE NEVER BEEN SICK A DAY IN THEIR LIFE. THEY CARE ONLY ABOUT THE $$$ END OF IT. FELT WORSE WHEN AFTER I LEFT THAN WENT I WENT IN. THE FREE STUFF AT WALGREENS IS MORE PLEASENT THAN A VISIT AT EAGLE. JUST PLAIN NASTY PEOPLE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!! -- AARON S. FROM SUMMERFIELD
Find another Doctor's office. The staff at this place is horrible. They run their practice like a big corporation. They are rude, cold and could care less if you were their customer or not. They act like they are doing you a favor seeing you and God forbid you are 5 minutes late for an appointment. Worst customer service ever. If they were in reatail business, they'd be out of business in 30 days!!
Care is average. Standard primary physician care. Issue is with administration and systems. And that is a BIG issue for us in our Healthcare system so listen up! It means Money. I specifically stated upon arrival that all services needed to be in network group for Aetna. I was assured this would be the case. I received $300 in out of network charges for lab work that they sent to an out of network lab! Sloppiness. I sent them a list of 7 In-Network labs within 10 miles of their facility. When I called the site administrator to inform them that they failed to live up to the promise they made to me to keep all services in network, they informed me labs were a separate service and it is the patient's responsibility to make sure the Dr. sends to in network lab. I asked what the process would have been if i were to request to keep lab work in network. answer, "we don't really have one you need to ask". What form would i fill out to request/document an in network lab? "There is not any form or system". What informs the patient that work will go to an outside lab vs. the one they have on site? "the Dr. would tell you". The Dr. did not tell me. Clearly they have no interest in the welfare of the patient or your money. This is pure laziness and sloppiness. It is simply easier for them to bulk ship all the samples for the day to one lab. I was actually told "well, we can't check to see if labs are in network for everyone. It would be impossible" Seems like a pretty standard check to me. They sure seem pretty eager to check "every patient" that comes in that they can pay before the y help and that every patient fills out their redundant forms. Net unless you are very lucky and the services they provide all aligned to your in-network coverage, go somewhere else that has systems to support both themselves and you.
