Get your medication or Pharmacy needs at Northside in New Concord.I have shopped at several of the Northside location's being a retired case worker for the State of Ohio Dept. Mental Health all locations are very professional , caring up to date fast and reliable .They will be sure that all your needs are met and the needs of your family. They make sure you clearly understand your medication's and the direction's your doctor has prescribed for you. But Jeff and the staff at the New Concord location treat their customers like people not just another prescription coming through the door. They seem to fill a huge volume of medication's but Jeff and the staff in New Concord seem to get it done faster and you done feel the stress like you might feel at the Bell St. location. I have worked a lot with the Maysville store and Chris B. as a lot of my clients are on Doc u Dose which is great idea for many of my clients with mental illnesses often forget if they took their meds but Chris always seems to get the job done with a smile! I must say that even though there might be Walmarts , Kmarts , Rite Aide's and of coarse the dreaded C.V.S none of these big chains can hold a candle to our local Northside. Keep up the Great work!!!! And if you do ever have a problem no matter how big or how small contact Rod the manager and he will call you back listen to your concerns and address the concerns and get back with you. This is a real caring company.

My husband is on several medication's and I can take in his prescriptions and I never have to wait more than 15 minutes at the New Concord Store. I have been a very satisfied customer for several years and plan to stay with them for several more , oh did I mention I live in Cambridge and drive to New Concord for the excellent treatment we get.
