CVS Pharmacy

I called up to get the cost of my children's prescriptions today. After finding out how outrageously expensive they would be ($300), I asked the pharmacy rep. by the name of *Anita* to check and see what the difference would be with RX savings card. She became hateful and said that it's never any cheaper (she obviously did not want to go through the trouble of running it through) She sighed loudly and said "Hold". She didn't even bother to ask me nicely to hold, which I would have and still did even though she treated me with great disrespect! She then left me on hold for 11 mins and 42 secs and was still rude, she didn't even bother to apologize or anything until I told her that she did not have to treat me that way and I asked for her name. After that she started apologizing and making excuses for leaving me on hold. I use this pharmacy all the time and spend tons of money on meds for my family of 5. I've never felt so belittled as I did today! I will be switching pharmacies asap!
