Dragon Massage

If I could give 0 stars, I would. These people are UNPROFESSIONAL. I took my mom here and told the massagers up-front not to bend my mom's knees. As a matter fact, I said "No bend knees". How much simpler can I make this? Guess what? She bent my knees hard and quickly enough to make my mom scream in pain. I asked for $20 back for them not listening. They were rude enough to tell us "Don't come back" while giving it! I come from a very polite and customer-service based family. My parents own the High Desert Motel which was crashed into just 2 days ago. Customers asked for refunds because the water pipe was broken in the crash, and hence, there was no water. Though, we were providing buckets and bottles of water for people to use for free, some customers asked for refunds for something that was not our fault at all. Not only did my parents give them the refund, they called other motels/hotels in the area to find rooms for them because they were all busy due to a festival happening in town. That's called customer service! They should have accepted responsibility for their mistake. Don't go there if you have arthiritis or pain, because they will not listen to your needs...
