Great service. Professional advice. Fair price. My dishwasher wasn't draining well and the technician fixed it. I appreciate it!

Made an appointment and they never showed up or called. When we called them they said the part wasn't there. Then they said it would be in two more days and guess what they didn't show up. Finally they came and we're glad to take our money. We were told they would email a receipt. ....guess what it never was emailed. Called them back and they said they would get to it right away. Ha ha. Still hasn't been sent.

One burner wouldn't ignite on my new Dacor cooktop. Parts and labor were completely covered under warranty and Renny Picchini (Mr. Appliance of Susquehanna Valley) was listed as an authorized service person. He came out right away and told me that his labor was NOT covered by Dacor. He demanded a $83.74 check for his time, claiming that he would refund the money if Dacor paid him in full. Later that day, I received a confirmation email from Dacor stating that they would cover parts and labor. I emailed Renny with all the information, but he cashed the check anyway. Dacor subsequently confirmed that they paid him in full, yet he has not responded to my requests for a refund of the $83.74. I would not use him ever again and would not recommend him to others.
