General Info: As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, I provide nutrition counseling to clients with nutrition-related medical conditions, weight struggles and troubled relationships with food. When food is overwhelming, nutrition counseling provides science-based information and evidence-based interventions to achieve personal health goals. Specializing in the intuitive eating process, I guide those struggling with weight and/or disordered eating as they cultivate a healthy relationship with food. I counsel parents on child nutrition and feeding behaviors, and work with adolescents directly, as indicated. Other specialties include heart health, digestive symptoms and allergies/intolerances.
