ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO DO BUSINESS...NOEL NIXON IS THE SO CALLED GM, AND RUNS IT LIKE THE WILD WILD WEST....THERE IS NO RULES OR REGULATIONS ONLY WHATEVER HE SAYS ON ANY GIVEN DAY....FORGET ABOUT NAAA POLICY BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT POLICY PERIOD.... WARNING! Avoid like the plague! I dont even want to give this place one star. This is the worst car auction you will ever go to. Save your gas, money, and time to go somewhere else. I have been going to this auction since they first opened. Throught out the time, things have gotten worse and worse. Other dealers are messing up your cars, stealing your keys, items in your cars, and it seems every car you get ends up with a transmission problem. Every time you try to arbitrate something they are never on your side. So then you are stuck with it. They are very stict, but the place is not so wonderful. This place is a lost cause. They dont care you are a customer. They care about ripping you off with fees! There is more than one car auction this is not the only one. Do yourself the favor and go somewhere else!
