Family has been loyally using this business since it was Bogle Tire; however, noticeable difference since Dennis worked the office. Still tried to remain loyal having had two inspections, one oil change, and a front end alignment done on various vehicles since February. Staff seems to be less knowledgable than past employees; for example, last week got front end alignment on my 2wd van and credit card was charged for 4 wheel alignment. When I questioned it, she had to go ask mechanic and he confirmed only 2 wheel alignment was done. Refunded difference but feel staff should know what services are rendered before charging customers.
Went for state inspection early this morning as it is first come first serve. Came back 3 1/2 hrs later to find truck untouched. Was told only inspector was also one of the two mechanics on duty and if I left it they may be able to get it done by the evening. I know mechanic work by hour gives the shop more revenue but if they don't have staff for inspections than they should book by appt or just say take it elsewhere for inspections. Shouldn't have to drop a vehicle at 9am with a maybe we'll get to it today. Needed truck to pick up kids from school so i took vehicle. Stopped by another shop and they completed inspection within 30 minutes of arriving. Was missing power steering cap on truck and instead of failing, they called Napa for replacement. Napa didn't have a driver for delivery so the shop manager personally went to get the part at no extra charge. There are too many alternatives and others willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I hope that thompson tire soon gets back to the quality of customer service it once offered.

Michael D... Businesses can't just drop everything to accommodate your immediate needs. If they're busy, they're busy... hope you did find good service elsewhere, but you shouldn't rate these guys 1 star for the reasons you gave.

I have been coming to this place for a while now. this year I had to find some where else to go because they didn't even have time to inspect my vehicle. I went three days straight and got the same answer, he said I would have to leave it with him and come back tomorrow for him to inspect it. I told him this is my only car and that is impossible so I will take my business elsewhere. and I left, and will not be going back
