        Noticed our server was agitated ... His teeth look jacked up also ... A 50 year old server with no ambition in life and was taking his aggression out on the service .. if you don't like your job go find another one im sure a 20 year old can give better service than him ...

        Calamari over cooked, manager on duty was a total tool. Tatiana was wonderful. Was pathetic how the mgr tossed this waitress under the bus because he wasn't man enough to admit he said the wrong thing to us. Trust, we will never be back... I am confused as to how 9.99 for a dish can cause this Manager to act in this manner. Think twice before going to this location.

        Was here last night and I have to say it was the worst experience I have ever had at any Olive Garden. The food was awful mine was cold and my husband's steak was burnt. We only received one of the two appetizers we ordered. We waited over an hour for our meals. It was a Wednesday night and not to busy. The restaurant was DIRTY there was silverware and food under our table and by the looks of it it was there for awhile!!!! I won't ever go back to this location and I definitely WON'T be recommending it to anyone not even someone I dislike that is how truly awful our experience was!!! We were truly disappointed to say the least. Today I decided to call the manager over this experience and after being hung up on twice I finally reached her and her response was I'm sorry but could you call back this evening when the manager is here?????? Really?????? I thought you were a manager?? No response why no response? Because I was hung up on!!! This is the worst customer service and food I have experienced in years and I hope to never experience it again. So if you want Olive Garden I would suggest the one in Marlborough or anywhere but Tobias Boland in Worcester Massachusetts!!! I don't even want to give this place one star but my review wouldn't post without it!

        Always a tasty meal at an affordable price the wife and i love it and were so glad when they put one in Worcester ....no more long trips to eat great Italian cuisine ..

        We (myself, my wife Lorraine and daughter Kerry) visited the Worcester area Olive Garden, and we were all impressed with the friendly and rapid service. The quality of the food was top notch, the servings just the right size, and HOT, served in warmed plates. The prices were very competitive. It was an altogether pleasant experience.



        I would recommend this restaurant to a friend, and we will certainly revisit.
