THANKSGIVING AT MAXWELL SILVERMAN'S WAS PATHETIC. THERE WERE NOT MANY OF THE TRADITIONAL FOODS, MOSTLY FIHS SALADS OF AN ITALIAN VARIETY. I CAN ONLY SAY: THANKFULLY WE DID N'T PAY MORE THAN $22 FOR A BAD MEAL. NO MORE HOLIDAYS AT MAXWELL SILVERMAN'S. THEY SHIP YOU THROUGH LIKE CATTLE.

SPEND A LITTLE MORE AND GO TO THE PUBLIC HOUSE.

DO NOT plan on Maxwells getting your booked room reservations right. I had a surprise anniversary party for my parents with 40 invited guests. I booked a room with Alex back in March and called to confirm the reservation 4 days before the event. It WAS confirmed by Alex. However upon arrival I was told " we don't have a room for you, we already have both rooms reserved".... I have 40 people and no room...really??? I was told by Alex that we are seated in the main brunch area where everyone else sits and that I never reserved a room... NOT TRUE!!! NOTHING was done about this and he told me that was all they could do for us and that we couldn't have the Maxine Room, the one he told me on the phone we were reserved for. WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! VERY POOR MANAGEMENT.... So if you are planning a function that you wish to go smoothly... PLEASE Do NOT book it here

I also contacted the BBB. Check out the Worcester Telegram and Gazette article on the poisoning of 233 people that this dump was involved in.

233 people poisoned and then the owner tels the paper that people just wanted their $22 back and there were not that many that were poisoned by him.
