The Hero House

Wednesday night I had a very bad experience at Hero House. They screwed up an order. Didn't make it right. Ended up getting my money back after they argued with me.

This afternoon I called to talk to a manager. She apologized and told me dinner was on them. I went to pick it up and had a different woman tell me "here's your order and do not come back."

I did not take the food and proceeded to go inside. The owner Mike, threaten to call the police on me when I asked to talk to him. I am not making this up.

My wife then called and after explaining why she called, Mike said "you done"? She asked if he spoke to all of his customers like this. He said "yes" and hung up on her. She called right back, he picked up and said "do not f'n (used the word) call back or I will call the police."

I ask you all to reconsider any business you may give Hero House and please let your friends and family know.

Hero house is a family owned, local business. They've been around for a long time. Their subs are one of a kind, and great! Seeing as they are usually very busy, it's not unheard of for the owner, who just happens to also be a mistake making human being, to mess up a bit. Maybe you should have gone to subway? God help any of you that go to a "big city" and try to pull this off! Good luck! LOVER OF HERO HOUSE!!!

The hero house has the worst customer service i've every experienced. The owner is rude and disrespectful. They got our take out order wrong twice. We had to make three trips from Orrville to Wooster to get the right subs. The owner hung up on us twice when we called to report the problems with our order. She told us not to come back to her place again because we were too picky. Don't worry we won't!!! The subs were bland. The fries were soggy. Hardly worth the $44 we spent.
