Overpriced because of a lack of competition. There is no incentive to advance technologically. It appears that customers aren't paying for just service, they are paying for MCTV to expand their infrastructure and customer base. Call them, they'll tell you how great they are. What a joke.

What Service??

Having a problem with Internet and Phone no connection. Clear Picture sends a service kid....he comes storming in and proceeds to basement where he begins yanking cables. Pulls the cable for one of the bedroom T.V.s which pulls it off the stand and onto the floor!! I tell him wrong cable. He comes up from basment obviously upset tells me the wiring wasn't right, that was the problem. Before he came the TV's were working fine! He starts unhooking stuff pulling cables...and I told him we didn't do the cabling ourselves..it was a contract person from CPI. Anyhow he then tells me I need to give him my router password I told him I didn't remember it and he goes ahead and changes it, wtf!!!! Still he didn't fix anything... except a couple TV's stopped working and still no phone or internet. My husband came home, went outside and unplugged something and plugged it back in and my internet and phone started working. Anyhow this kid couldn't get out of my house fast enough and I was ready for him to go, he's lucky I stopped my husband from coming unglued on him. Obviously he didn't have a clue...and the best part was Clear Picture charged me for a service call!!! When I complained he turned it around saying that we did the wiring ourselves... and they didn't support that...well guess what ?? I'm calling DirectTV, anything is better than Clear Picture!

This company raises rates every year and during the big game whether it's he super bowl or the buckeyes bowl game the cable goes out. Totally unreliable

Its the Super Bowl and it keeps hanging up and losing signal. all the other channels work. like im said worhless when it counts
