I was overall pleased with the service at Grey May your salesman Mark was a true professional. I could have went to the Dealership where I purchased my 1st Sonata in Grandbury, TX but, I elected to purchase it at the dealership in Waco.

With an unexpected trip of over 1,000 miles and my car needing its first oil change I was prepared to do it myself. However at my wife's insistence I called Greg May Hyundai at 9 am Saturday morning. After explaining what was needed and what I had going on they told me they were booked full but to bring it on over anyway and they would try to fit me in. I called 1 1/2 hours later and the vehicle was ready. They could have said No but they didn't which is a lot more than I can say for many dealerships I have dealt with. Greg May Hyundai treats you not as a customer but as one of the family.

Great service management. Had problem with fuel gauge. The service people concluded on how to fix my issue and I was on my way. Very concerned with my problem and got it fixed.

This dealership has always handled my vehicle's service needs excellently and effectively. I am on my second Genesis Sedan and I believe that these cars are a great value. They have wonderful engineering and reliability in my seven years of ownership experience. The Service Department has always been diligent in their attitude and work on my vehicle.
