        Overall

        I have a problem with the Providence emergency when I was there on 3/3/15. I need someone to contact me. This is not going away. If someone doesn't contact me within the next 5 days. I will let all of Waco know that you have a nurse that rips IV's out of patients arm. And if you think I can't do it, then think again. My email is nst1953turney2013@gmail.com.         Wanted to say a special thank you to the staff in the ER! Recently broke my leg on the 8th and was rushed there. All my doctors where amazing but wanted to recognize a nurse in petit ulnar who took great care of me, Jacob. Thank you for being so caring and polite you are wonderful at what you do!
