Love this restaurant!. We stumbled upon Cucina over the weekend and it was the best meal we had in Woodstock as well as anywhere in the Hudson Valley. The restaurant is gorgeous. The atmosphere is fantastic too from the music to the lighting to the design. The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable and graciously dealt with our super-picky friends and their substitutions without question. The food was delicious and high quality. Great pizza and pasta. The lamb chops were perfectly cooked and simply grilled. I look forward to dining at Cucina whenever I'm in Woodstock. We also had brunch on their front porch which happens to be one of the prettiest outdoor settings I've dined in. It's a must.

As a local, we have entertained out of town guests here on many occasions and have eaten here regularly ourselves. The food is consistently great, the service good and the atmosphere savvy - set in a large farmhouse. Dine on the pretty porch in good weather. Thin crust pizza, great entrees and yum deserts appeal to all tastes. FYI they have a web site and we have gotten takeout when too beat to dine out.

Really wonderful Italian food. The pasta is always al dente. The waiters and waitresses are always friendly. Mid-price range. Wonderful atmosphere. Lovely outside deck with views of the mountains and sky. And a pretty nice wine menu to boot.
