This office has implemented new "office policies" that do not ALLOW the parent to be in the room with their own child during a procedure. I have a son with anxieties and against my better judgment allowed them to escort me from his room. It did not go well and we ended up being shooed out the door without any of the work being done that they numbed my son for. When I contacted them back about being given an exception to be with my son in the future since I knew this was going to be a problem, I was basically told to go somewhere else. After getting home and talking to my son about his experience more, I understand why they don't allow parents in the room. I will no longer trust anyone to be with my child without me. It is totally unacceptable to treat a child this way.
