Not being at all computer savvy, I would not hesitate to use him again.
I spilled water on my laptop & Mitch was able to rebuild my laptop!!! My biggest fear was the cost i thought it would be cheaper to buy a new laptop, boy was i wrong we foung the parts at a good price & the labor charge was very reasonable!! Thanks Geeks & Thanks Mitch
needed help with my laptop, I thought there would all sorts of problems with it. The technician I worked with was Matt; he was able to root out the source of my problem and fix it. I was really surprised how easy it was, and best of all I didn't have to take my laptop in for service and experience any down time. If you are like me and hesitant about having your system worked on, please consider calling Cheap Geeks. Matt explained how they work. Then i get a call from the owner of the company Mitch to follow up and make sure the service was satisfactory before billing my card. Come on, how often does that happen? They're all about customer service which is sorely lacking these days.
