was quite worried having to move. But thankfully I hired United Transportation Moving and Storage which is the best in this field. They had a long distance to cover and I had to completely rely on the expertise of my movers. They performed amazingly though. They showed up on time, packed everything quickly and loaded the truck with my valuables. They delivered everything after 2 days. All my breakables survived the journey. I really couldn’t find any flaws with the services they provided me. I have to make a special mention about the cost. These guys charge very reasonably for the superlative services they provide.

My brother moved into my house and we shipped his stuff from our parents house in Mississippi. We did a lot of research and couldn't locate a good transport business in Mississippi and so we decided to try to find a business in California. I was told about United Transportation Moving from a friend and got a quote. Since they do a lot of moves they actually had a truck that would be somewhat close to my parents' house and they were able to pick the many boxes and items up and bring them to us (my brother had an insane amount of stuff - luckily, I have a big house with a huge storage building).

Everything arrived in one piece and the quote was $800 cheaper than the next closest bid.

We used this company and are happy we did. Some advice to others who are moving—go to their web page and look at their moving tips page and do what is mentioned. We were told to check out the tips and it made our move easier and safer for our stuff as well.

The price was one of the lowest we experienced and we have a friend who had used United in the past without and issue and so we hired them to move some stuff to our daughter in Florida. Everything went well. Dealing with a moving company can be a scary prospect because of all the horror stories we hear but this company was careful with our stuff. They told us they’re good at retaining the good workers they hire which is probably a big part of why everything went without any problems.

After spending two weeks looking over my options to help me move from Arizona to Cali, I decided to go with United Transportation. They provided me with a great quote (for both price and time), and I'm really glad I gave them the chance! Not only were they able to work with my tight schedule, but they were nothing short of seasoned professionals. The move was completed in just two days, and everything arrived right on time and in perfect condition! Nothing was missing, broken, or so much as scuffed. Will absolutely use them again for my next move.

Good company. Got a quote to move everything to Charlotte, North Carolina. The price was good but one other company beat them. I wanted to have United do the job and so I showed them the other companies' quote. They worked with me on it to where I accepted their quote. I saw all their good ratings and figured they would be the company to use and I was right. The nice guys they have working for them did the job and took care of my things. They package well and are professional.

I hired United Transportation when I needed a HUGE collection of books to be delivered from Texas to Los Angeles. It took me weeks to go through the new collection and pack them properly and only a few hours for the boxes and cases to be loaded onto the truck. None of the items were damaged ()didn't expect that to happen) and they were a good value for shipping.

United helped me during my relocation process from Pennsylvania to Connecticut. It was my first experience with a moving company and dare I say it was absolutely great. They were super professional, responsible, they handled everything well and no damage was done. All of my belongings arrived safely at my new place and it took an entire day, but it was worth it. A+

My experience with other movin companies have made me skeptical when it comes to the time I have to recommend a moving company for someone hence use one myself, but with United the process went smoothly. John from customer service was great and overall my moving process was satisfying. I recommend 100%

I had ordered many cases of plastic packaging from a company located in Norwalk. I considered renting a truck myself to pick the eight pallets up but didn't feel comfortable in doing so.



I decided to try and contact a few moving businesses. United Transpiration came in at the cheapest. I met them at the packaging business and the pallets were loaded on United's truck. I met the truck at my place and we carried the boxes to my storage area. It was a quick and easy job for a good price. I will use them again when I need something trucked.

These people at United Moving and Storage are so dishonest. They hire people from the outside, probably on Craigs List. Company does not have their own trucks. Many missing boxes, and they opened boxes that I personally packed and sealed. Items were stolen from these boxes. Their $1000.00 insurance was useless. All kinds of loops and holes in their insurance and work. When it came time to answer to BBB, they simply ignored their mail and didn't respond. It's been 11 months now since they moved me. They are the modern day "Pirates". DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am a senior, and they took advantage of me.

When my cousin had to move from Texas to California, my friend recommended me to United Transportation Moving and Storage. They did an awesome job. They were very professional and arrived on time. The main guy walk-through the house first and made notes of any special packaging before they got started. They were pretty fast and wrapped everything neatly and carefully. I would use and recommend these guys again. I never had to use a moving company before and it was nice that the first time turned out great.

When I had to move out from my home in Bakersfield, California to Las Vegas, Nevada in such late notice. I didn't know what I was going to do, I searched every website and called every moving company and they all told me exactly what I was expecting to hear, "Yes ma'am, it's just going to cost you $3500." That sounded like too much. Then I was referred to United Transportation Moving and Storage by a close friend of mine. I called them around 1:00 pm and they arrived to do an estimate free of charge and I liked the quote and time period for the pick up and drop off they gave me. They loaded my stuff really quick, yet professional and I was amazed by such delicacy they treated my belongings. Everything was bubble wrapped, and carefully placed, the movers didn't take a break until the job was done. The move only took them 1 day and I wasn't really expecting that from them, yet they proved me wrong. All of my belongings were in one piece and exactly how I left them before they came and picked it up the day before. I fully recommend United Transportation Moving and Storage to moving my belongings in such late notice.

We have been brain washed and stuck up with the "best" companies out there who has names established already and we missed to give other companies a chance to prove themselves. I opted to go with United Relocation movers because I believed their sincerity and their objectives. In the end, they did a really great job and my needs were fulfilled. The difference with top notch companies is that they charge big amounts to have their best service. With United Relocation movers, I paid a relatively lower fee for their excellent service. Very practical yet amazing.

Went through a horrible experience with this company. They were scheduled to arrive between 9-11 am and didn't show up until 1pm. We had a contract for a certain price and then they said it would be an additional $2000 once they arrived. After them lying to us all day we decided we wanted a refund and they said we would receive a full refund. The people in the office then refused to give us out money back which is violation of the contract. So now lawyers will have to get involved. The people that work in the office are liars and have no appreciation for the customers. The driver Ben is a liar and cares about nothing but money. I wish I could review this company zero stars because that's exactly what it deserves. Save the stress and do not do buisness with United Transportaion.

United Relocation picked me up in Dallas Texas and moved me to Seattle Washington the pickup was on time the guys wrapped all the furniture and it was perfect. They move only took 3 to 4 to wrap everything and load everything on the truck. I like there service very much and will use them again when its time for my company to relocate to me to another state. I used United Relocation1.5 month ago and it was the best decission I ever made. I dont understand why anyone would write a bad reveiw about this company I had a great pickup by Ben and a great delivery by Ben and his crew. I was picked up in Atlanta GA and delivery in Thousand Oaks CA. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants honest service. I was given the prices and Ben explained to me how much it would cost to get my TVS crated and my mirrors. I didnt have anything broken at all.
