When I hired this property management I needed them to realize my house wasnt just a house, it was my home. To be quite honest with you, I was desperate in needing to find someone who could do the job but I ran out of time when I was sent overseas, so with not options and a lack of time I hired Carahan Dexter PM. I'm worry-free regarding my major asset. I never, ever think

about the Lindley property except for grabbing the check each month so

that I can pay outrageous New york city rent. There is never a concern

about the Lindley condo, because i know that there is no better property

management company than Carnahan-Dexter. Of course there must be

companies who do an adequate job of property management, but the

difference, the BIG difference is that you really care. You care about

the properties and you care about the owners. Its almost as if you treat

the properties you manage as if they were your own. There is nothing more

that an owner of a property could want. And so, I continue to live my New
