Al visitar este lugar soy testigo de la discriminación mientras está de pie en la línea a las mujeres hispanas se niegan AYUDA POR EMPLEADO QUE ERA hispana sí soy testigo de alguien que hablaba inglés ABORDAR EL ASUNTO CON EL GERENTE CALVIN que se niegan a manejar su repetición era DELANTE MUCHOS CLIENTES NO TENGO otro empleado PARA AYUDAR EN LAS VENTANAS TIENE FALTA DE CARÁCTER LO QUE HIZO FUE empleado este sesgo Esta mujer estaba llorando para ayudar y simulacros que ella salió de la oficina de correos servicios sin que exista alguien necesita revisar las cintas y dispararon CLERK #12 es racista

worst post office. They lose packages but yet claim to have had them "delivered" or "left with individual".



You can't get through to anyone on the phone as when you call this branch , you only get a dead dial tone. People at the branch are rude (worse then the DMV and that says a lot!!)

Worst post Office in queens. There are very rude,no customer service at all.i called like 10 time nobody answer the phone. I went there complain about my mail cause I've been missing mail. They going to talk to the delivery man. Still missing mail. That's ridiculous not one can help you. ��������

Tried contacting this branch for several days concerning a returned package. If it's not a busy signal, no one picks up the phone. Worst service ever at a post office branch.

this post office has the worst customer service they are extremely rude and lose and misplace packages all the time the mailmen scan items as delivered before they even make it out of the post office in the morning overall i think woodhaven post office sucks but they are all union paid so why should they care unfortunately for me i have to continue dealing with them as they are the ones who manage my mail. i just have to suck it cause next thing i know my mail will go missing for ever. smh i give them ZERO stars i give them two thumbs down if you can avoid them take your service elsewhere anyway i hope they fire all of them and hire people who actually want to work...
