Hertz

I was in the process twice of trying to get a replacement vehicle while my car was being repaired. I called once, had a poor experience, called back and had the same thing happen. I was asked my name by a woman named Debbie. She took my name and did not say another word. I hear nothing but silence. I don't know if I was put on hold or what. She doesn't say, I'm going to put you hold or anything. Just silence. No music, no voice explaining what I'm waiting for-nothing. This was not a good experience. I am now going to try another Hertz. Very poor. This was at the Woodhaven Local Edition Hertz. They don't deserve any stars but I had to select at least one to continue.
